What we do
We are graphic designers with a particular interest in brand identity and illustration. We develop visual identities, icon families, illustrations, editorial projects, infographics, websites, applications and art direction. We also deal with projects which are not so easy to label.
We particularly value creative work generated through concepts. This is why we look for a solid idea behind any of our proposals that articulates the messages, one that gives meaning to the formal aspect.
We believe in graphic synthesis as a more direct and effective way of communication, as well as a way to reach long lasting solutions.
We get involved in our projects by participating in every design decision that needs to be taken, from the definition and adjustment of the briefing to the graphic solution and production control.
Forma was born in 2012, founded by Joel Lozano and Dani Navarro. Two years later, in 2014, Josep Duran joined the studio. We work closely with the web developer Roger Pau, with whom we share projects and workplace.
Forma has a small structure and we intend to keep it this way. This allows us to be close to the client and have a complete scope of our projects. We have full control every process and supervise each phase. We like to make the most of any project.
Our team grows and adapts to the needs of each project with professionals that complement our work: strategists, photographers, printers, copywriters… Thanks to this —and the experience gathered through the years—, we feel confident to take on new communication challenges.
Since the beginning of Forma, many designers did their internship at our studio and became part of our team. We thank all of them for their contribution: Pablo Estarriaga, Pablo Silván, Carles Carreté, Gerard Arderius and Montse Arderiu.

As a general rule, we twice a year offer a position for graphic design students who wish to do their internships in our studio. You can find out about these vacancies through our social networking sites.
You can send us your portfolio at any time so we can keep it in mind for the next process and the selection of candidates. Due to the high number of offers we receive, we don’t do personalized interviews.
You need to be available from 9am to 2pm, Monday to Friday and to sign an internship agreement with your study center.
We value those who have an affinity for the design and philosophy of our studio and are willing to join a creative team and contribute in their own way. Organization and learning skills are highly appreciated.
We offer experience in a professional environment in a 3 to 6 months paid internship.
We work for national and international clients of different scale: from start-up companies or SMEs to public institutions or multinationals such as Dell or Nike.
Thanks to this experience we know how to size every project and fit realistically its specific needs.
