International Congress of Theater Spectators Book
The International Theatre Audiences Congress is a professional gathering that brings together creators, cultural managers, researchers and institutions to reflect on theatre audiences — how they are built, how they evolve, and how they might be expanded and diversified.
Led by Pepe Zapata and organised by Grup Focus, the publication brings together the congress’s key contributions and looks at strategies for mediation, participation, accessibility, and the relationship between the performing arts and society, all from a contemporary and international perspective.
Three Books in One
The book is structured around thematic sections, with equal weight given to all official event languages. Each copy is printed in a single ink, with sections differentiated by paper type and weight, and divided by four-colour printed booklets that act as transitions between chapters.
